To request an account at the ACC, interested users must:

1) Read and agree to our ACC User Policies and understand and agree to the access fees.

2) Fill out the Contact Form below and "Request an Account at the ACC"

• Users from HMS, HSPH and HMS-affiliated hospitals may be eligible for an HMS ID (formerly eCommons ID) through their institution, otherwise the ACC director can act as sponsor for your guest HMS ID.
• You will be notified with further instructions for setting up an account in the ACC PPMS booking system
